She has always been a woman with a plan. For decades, she led transformation initiatives inside Fortune 500 corporations —helping executive teams turn ambitious visions into real results. She became known for building systems that worked, coaching leaders through change, and making big ideas happen.
But it wasn’t until she looked back that she saw the pattern.
Big goals. Small tweaks. Realignment. Repeat.
At first it was instinctual – applying business strategy to personal growth — setting goals, testing new paths, learning what worked, and refining along the way. From navigating healing and PTSD, to staying financially independent, to keeping joy and adventure at the center of her life — she was designing something more than a lifestyle. She was building a method rooted in structure, self-awareness, and strategy..
That’s how Busy Girl Nation — and eventually, the ViaNovaMethod™ — came to life. Because once you see that your life runs in seasons and cycles, you realize the power of having a system that moves with you. One that helps you pivot, realign, and grow — again and again.
She grew up with a front-row seat to resilience. Raised by a single mother who overcame hardship with grit and heart, she learned early the value of grit, honesty, and showing up — not just for others, but for herself.
That mindset led her to thrive as a student-athlete and in her career, she rose quickly — building high-performing teams, hitting big sales goals, and stepping into leadership roles faster than most. As her 30s approached, she had enough life behind her to reflect — and enough life ahead to make it count. With career wins, financial independence, homeownership and a full life already in motion, she began asking deeper questions:
What kind of life am I building? How do I manage all this — and still stay connected to who I am?
That’s when it clicked: she’d been using a system all along. A personal rhythm of setting goals, adjusting course, and learning from every win and every wobble. It wasn’t just instinct — it was strategy.
